Coventry School Foundation is a forward-thinking educational charity providing independent education for pupils aged 3 to 18. We are a family of schools united by shared values and purpose, while each retains its own distinctive character, heritage and ethos. Through collaboration, shared expertise and a commitment to excellence, we deliver education of lasting value.
Our purpose is to provide an exceptional, values-led education that places pupils, wellbeing and academic excellence at the heart of everything we do. We respect the rich histories of our schools while embracing a progressive and inclusive approach, inspiring and empowering young people to lead purposeful, responsible lives and make a positive contribution to society.
Our school-centred leadership model places Heads of School at the core of educational decision-making. The Heads of Bablake School and King Henry VIII School lead their schools with clear accountability for standards, culture and pupil wellbeing, ensuring that teaching and learning remain central while each school benefits from the strength and stability of the wider Foundation.
As Interim Chief Executive Officer, I work in close partnership with Heads of School, Governors and central teams to provide strong governance, long-term sustainability and clear strategic direction, ensuring a resilient platform for continued success.
